Best Mexican Food in Phx.
I was raised in Phx, and this is the best Mexican food in town. We make frequent trips down to the Valley and whenever we are in the neighborhood we stop here for lunch. There is a sitdown restaurant and a deli in the grocery store. We generally eat at the deli, because it is cheaper quicker and has more variety.

Prehistoric Native American Museum is great!
Pueblo Grande Museum is the site of a prehistoric Native American group called the Hohokam. The site contains archaeological ruins of a platform mound and ballcourt as well as incredible exhibits along their outdoor trail and in the three galleries. The video in the theatre is a great way to start the visit and orient yourself to the museum.
If you have children there is a great childrens gallery that they can touch things and play (although I myself enjoyed playing as well!)
The added bonus is that the museum only charges $2 for admission! Such a deal!
There are many other things to do in the area such as the Botanical Gardens or Papago Park as well that we were able to spend all day in one area. The Stockyards restuarant was wonderful for lunch! It was really cool to eat in a historic restuarant and the food was so good!
I would definately recommend this place for everyone. They have things for every age group, ample parking and they are close to the airport if you need something to do in between checkout and your flight.
Plan on spending at least an hour (I spent two) and also check out their website for some of the cool upcoming programs. We happened to go on a day when they had a free demonstration of a Native American flute player. It was wonderful.

Arizona Capitol Museum
The Capitol Museum is a bit hard to find and parking can be hard to find but so worth the effort.
The museum is in the old historic legilature building, surrounded by the new Senate and House buildings with the governor tower behind it. The museum hosts the USS Arizona silver service, pulled from the ship prior to its sinking in Pearl Harbor during the attack on December 7, 1941. Many other exhibits demonstrate the political life of Arizona during the Territorial legislature prior to becoming a state in 1912.
If you go during January through May you can go up to the gallery of the current house or senate during session and witness Arizona legislatures at work.
Great place and it is free!

Coach and Willies
Coach and Willies is the best restaurant downtown to go to before and after a game. The atmosphere is amazing and food is like nothing else I have ever had.

Great wraps & service!
We ate there yesterday and the food was fantastic. We had two very different but equally delicious wraps that were HUGE! The service was friendly and attentive as well. Drop on by if you are in the area.

Wrigley Mansion Club
As a former home of the Wrigley chewing gum family, the mansion is impressive for his history and views of the Valley.
While the food is good, the Mansion itself is currently in the condition of a stale box of Chicklets. I'd recommend they use some of the money they make from the overpriced menu to replace the food stained chair cushions and slap yet another coat of Sherwin Williams on the walls.- 0 people found this review helpful

Apple Store, Biltmore
What could be more fun than playing “hands on” with the newest, coolest, hippest technology? Plus you get to ask the computer geeks questions about their products and actually get ACCURATE answers!
Afterwards, be sure to take time to sit around the Biltmore fountain to doggie watch as Phoenix’s most pampered pooches prance around in their designer booties and bonnets.- 0 people found this review helpful

Great Steak
Donovans is like the old time steak houses. Great USDA Prime steaks and fresh seafood, impecable, friendly service and the best wine list in town.
Being from the midwest I grew up on great steaks therefore when I moved to the valley I set out to find that place that reminded me of home (Kansas City). After experiencing all the "great" steakhouses in Phoenix and Scottsdale I finally found THE great steak and steakhouse. The service is second to none, the wine list is very extensive and the food is ALWAYS prepared the way YOU want it no questions asked. Great spot for that special night out or just whenever. Dress is buisness casual. Reservations are recommended

Great Steak!
Best steak ever! I've eaten many steaks but this one is the best. I started my dinner with a Grey Goose on the rocks which paired perfectly with my Crabtini appetizer. It's a wonderful fresh crab salad cutely served in a Martini glass. With my filet I had the best baked ziti ever (4 cheeses!) and asparagus with hollandaise. The creme brulee was the best ever! Overall, this may be the best dining experience ever!
