Football Fiesta Contest Rules

Sweepstakes will held on various websites, including but not limited to the Scottsdale CVB site and all affiliate sites and social media outlets, GoSeeArizona.com, and in email communications. The contest will run from December 11, 2008 through December 19,2008 at 5:00pm MST. Two prizes will be awarded and contain the following elements: Package 1 - Two Night Stay at the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa with dinner for two at the resort and two Tickets to the Fiesta Bowl Game on January 5, 2009. Package 2 - Two Night Stay at the Westin Kierland Resort & Spa with dinner for two at the resort and two Tickets to the Fiesta Bowl Game on January 5, 2009. Grand prize does not include airfare nor transportation while in Scottsdale. Dinner on property does not include alcohol.

All expenses not specified herein are the winner's responsibility. Approximate retail value of Grand Prize is $728. Income and other taxes on prizes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. No prize or cash substitutes allowed, except at sponsor's sole discretion, in the event of prize unavailability. Limit one entry per person per full name, email address and street address. No prize transfer. Sweepstakes is open only to U.S. residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, Canada and Mexico, 18 years of age and older. Odds of winning are determined by the total number of entries received.

The winner will be determined in a random drawing on or about December 22, 2009 by a Scottsdale Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB) "sponsor," whose random selection is final. Prize is guaranteed to be awarded. Mechanical reproductions are not eligible. Winner will be notified by phone and/or e-mail and will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within 5 days of notification attempt or an alternate winner may be selected. If any prize notification letter or any prize is returned to sponsor or its designated agent as undeliverable, the corresponding prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize for one of equal or greater value due to unavailability. 5 days of receiving liability/publicity release. All taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Entry constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use the winner's name, hometown and likenesses for publicity purposes without additional compensation. By accepting prize, winner and all travelers release sponsor and prize givers and their agents and affiliates from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost or expense, including without limitation property damage, personal injury and/or death, arising out of participation in the sweepstakes or acceptance or use of prize.

Employees of the Scottsdale Convention & Visitors Bureau, their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents advertising, promotion agencies, and the immediate families or persons residing in the household of each are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law. Subject to applicable federal and state laws and regulations. Winners will be notified by phone, mail and/or e-mail. By entering, participants release the Scottsdale Convention & Visitors Bureau, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and respective directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of any prize. In the event of non-compliance with these requirements, or if prizes or prize notifications are returned or are otherwise undeliverable, prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
