McDowell Mountains guide for your hike

I can give you an informative hike as you enjoy a little fitness here on the McDowell Trails (Pinnacle Peak Trail, Lost Dog Wash Trail, Sunrise Trail, Gateway Loop Trail, Windgate Pass Trail, Inspirational Point Trail, and Dixie Mine Trail -to an old mine and 1,000 year old petroglyphs). I have led young scout troops on short trails , have led long hikes for colleagues, and I teach an after school "Introduction to Hiking" class for students in grades 2nd - 4th). I am a National Board Certified Physical Education Teacher from Chicago (retired in 2007)....now employed in Scottsdale as an Instructional Aide at an elementary school, am certified in First Aid, and have a Fingerprint Clearance Card. Hikes can run from very short (1/2 mile each way) if younger children are involved; or/and the hikes can run from 2 miles to 12 miles round trip.
