Saddle up to this American Western restaurant where elegant flavors crackle with a rugged edge. Very happy hour
Roaring fork is a good choice for Happy Hour: stay in the bar area from 4pm to 7pm and choose from a lengthy Happy Hour menu that includes tex-mex food, beer and margaritas. The place is popular so expect a wait or come early (especially Fridays). Even outside the Happy Hour the bar area is a fun place to eat with lots of opportunities for people watching. Most regular menu items cost between $25 and $35 - not cheap but the food is worth it.
