Saddle up to this American Western restaurant where elegant flavors crackle with a rugged edge. Old west recipes are the base for creations like Wood-Grilled Beef Tenderloin, Campfire Style Salmon and Sugar and Chile-Cured Duck Breast. All breads and desserts are made daily, fresh from scratch, in the restaurant. The Roaring Fork is famous for its Happy Hour; try a Huckleberry Margarita and you ll be hooked. Dinner served Mon. - Sat. 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Sunday Evening Supper, 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Happy Hour Monday - Saturday 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Saloon only.
