Crescent Moon is an American "Sonoran" kitchen designed to create a lively, fun-filled experience. Taking center stage at the restaurant is a wood-burning kiva oven within an open kitchen, providing a view of the chefs at work. Crescent Moon features traditional American foods influenced by the flavors of the Sonoran Desert. Enjoy dining outside on the terrace cooled by misters or warmed by the fire pit, while enjoying spectacular views of the Valley and Pinnacle Peak.

Chocolate Tasting Dessert
Pastry Chef Anthony has created probably the world's best chocolate dessert. It is actually on the Acacia menu, but is available by request at the Crescent Moon, which is where we experienced it. We had taken the Meet The Pastry Chef tour where Anthony told us about his creation. The next night we asked for it and at taking the first bite my wife started crying, the waiter came over to ask what was wrong and she told him that it was the bes thing she has ever tasted. The waiter left and came back with Anthony and she told him her story, he then left and sent out another serving on the house..........which again made her cry. Don't miss it, if you have the chance.
