Best Mexican Food in Phx.

I was raised in Phx, and this is the best Mexican food in town. We make frequent trips down to the Valley and whenever we are in the neighborhood we stop here for lunch. There is a sitdown restaurant and a deli in the grocery store. We generally eat at the deli, because it is cheaper quicker and has more variety.
