Zuva, meaning "sunshine" in Shona, is America's award-winning destination for contemporary African sculpture, featuring the work of acclaimed Zimbabwean stone sculptors Dominic Benhura, Nicholas Mukomberanwa, Joseph Muzondo and Gedion Nyanhongo. Their work stands in the permanent collections of elite museums including Museum of Modern Art in New York and the Rodin Museum in Paris. Zuva Gallery also highlights Africa's most exquisite paintings, textiles, baskets, woodwork, furniture, jewelry and folk art. Each piece is procured directly from the artists in Africa who regularly visit Zuva Gallery. Zuva is dedicated to promoting a deeper understanding of Africa and its people through charitable and educational exhibitions.
