The Scottsdale Waterfront is a 1.1 million-square-foot project located in downtown Scottsdale and includes retail, office, and high-rise residential buildings. Retailers that are now open in the $60 million commercial space include Borders, P.F. Chang's, Urban Outfitters , Sur la Table , Wildfish, Isaac Jewelers, Swoozies, Estillo, Twist, Mahsa, Sauce, Pink Taco, Optica of Arizona, Olive & Ivy and Twinkle Toes. The Glass Slipper will also be opening soon. The development is also home to the Fiesta Bowl headquarters and museum. In addition to the surrounding paths and landscaping, a pedestrian-only bridge across the canal, will link the Waterfront to Scottsdale Fashion Square, Scottsdale s Fifth Avenue shopping district and the South Canal Bank Project.
