  1. HoHoKam Park is a Great Place for Baseball

I have been going to Spring Training ball games for more than 25 years and have seen most of the cactus league facilities in the Valley. HoHoKam Park is tops. You have a great view of the game anywhere in the park, all of the seating is very comfortable, the food service is great with a number of food choices being added and there just isn't a better way to celebrate America's favorite pastime.

  2. Same size, more sun

Mesa is the spring training home for the Chicago Cubs since 1952. The current stadium at Hohokam Park was built in 1996 and the outfield walls are very similar to those of Wrigley Field in Chicago. The brick and ivy are missing but at least the stadium here offers a lot more sunshine. With more than 12,000 seats this is a large facility, the scoreboard is the largest of any Cactus League stadium.
