The Giants had a rough game, but we had a great time
We went to the Giants game on Saturday and had a great time. The Giants got clobbered, but we had a blast! We had seats in the bleachers and althoug we were a little dissappointed in the seats at first, it turns out to be a great place to get served beers, dogs and lemonade. (We never had to wait for anything we wanted). We had the best lemonade salesman who had a great spirit. He was selling "lemoande, lemonade, just like nanna made" I have to sat that I did not really want it at first, but ended up buying becasue of him. If you go, I recommend a hat as the sun intense and a padded seat as the bleachers were a little hard.

Baseball in the city
Most Cactus League baseball stadiums are outside the urban centers of the respective cities but Scottdale Stadium is different. As it is located within Scottsdale, hotels, restaurants, bars etc. are all in walking distance. The downside to the central location is that parking space is limited. Come early or catch the free shuttles that are provided for ball games. Call call (480) 312-2586 for more info.
The stadium which was built in 1992 was renovated in 2006 and seats 12,000. Not all seats offer shade so bring a hat!
