23 Hoyt is a great, contemporary restaurant

Sidewalk seating by candlelight, wonderful halibut dinner and drinks. In the middle of the hip street of boutiques and shops.

great place to eat

This place had the best food we have had in a long time in Portland, the prices were reasonable, the staff was great, we will be going back. You all should try it!

Great Happy Hour!

I love our neighborhood bar 23 Hoyt! It is 2 blocks down the street from where I work and I just LOVE their happy hour! The food is always perfectly seasoned and cooked. The bar is beautiful and their bartenders and hostesses are always friendly and welcoming. The grilled fresh sweet prawns (when in season) are phenomenal! Another yummy treat is their red potato fries dusted with good toasted paprika. I am looking forward to try the burger next time as informed by the bartender it is an all time fav!

It is nice to stop in to order a little something to eat to perk up my mood after work and before driving home during the week. I always feel comfortable and welcomed at this great bar on NW 23rd. Just love it!
