Casa Bonita Family Mexican Restaurant: Casa Bonita Sedona happy hour scam
We were recommended to go to Casa Bonita by the Hampton Inn in Sedona. I looked up the web page for Casa Bonita Arizona and saw an ad for happy hour advertising half price appetizers and $3 margaritas. We went there in time for happy hour and ordered drinks and appetizers as well as dinner. When the bill came, they were billed out full price. The waitress, who spoke with the manager, said they were not honoring the web page advertisement. In the end, they gave us the $3 margaritas but refused to honor the half price appetizer. Will NEVER go there again! This is the classic "bait and switch" marketing approach to lure customers in and then charge more than advertised.
