Dish (closed): Dish at The Shops At Gainey Village
I'll make this one simple: 1. The food was good. 2. The price was reasonable. 3. The help was rude. 4. The place was filthy.

AJ's Fine Foods: AJ's Fine Foods
Where are there meats displayed as if they were works of art, fruits piled like Da Vinci sculpture, a sushi bar none, cakes and cookies you would trade your first born for, wines and liqueurs fit for heads of state, gift items even Martha Stewart would appreciate, flowers so fresh you’d swear they were still growing, eat in food, take out food, or food fresh off the grill? Once you’ve been to one of the many AJ’s Markets across the valley, you’ll never again feel the same about walking into your hometown grocery.

El Pedregal: El Pedregal Festival Marketplace
As you drive north on Scottsdale, contemplating how cool it must have been for the cowboys and Indians to gallop across the desert terrain on horseback, you spot a grouping of adobe buildings on a hillside. Structurally they complement the surroundings yet they stand out against the brownness of the desert by their brightly painted exteriors. What you have discovered is El Pedregal at the Boulders, a mix of restaurants, clothing stores, art galleries, etc. There are two levels of shops all surrounding a central koi pond and stage used for concerts and special events. This is a fun place to spend some quiet time surrounded by the beauty of the desert or fall in love with that unique item you just can't live without!

Chart House: Chart House Restaurant
What used to be a stylish restaurant offering a beautiful lake view with ducks and swans waddling windowside to watch you dine on good food is now just a restaurant with a beautiful lake view whose ducks and swans turn their necks to watch you gag on the ill-presented, awful tasting food. This place went downhill faster than Alberto Tomba at the Calgary Olympics.

Apple Store, Biltmore: Apple Store, Biltmore
What could be more fun than playing “hands on” with the newest, coolest, hippest technology? Plus you get to ask the computer geeks questions about their products and actually get ACCURATE answers! Afterwards, be sure to take time to sit around the Biltmore fountain to doggie watch as Phoenix’s most pampered pooches prance around in their designer booties and bonnets.

Two Plates Full: Two Plates Full
This store and the beautiful fountain in the center plaza is the reason to shop at the Borgata. Whether you are looking for an unusual housewarming gift for someone else, an eclectic piece of painted furniture for your own home or just a saucy greeting card, you will find plenty of items to fill up the trunk of your car and empty the inside of your wallet!

The Village Tavern: Village Tavern
A convenient location for a great meal. We always leave feeling well fed, well taken care of and anxious to return. The menu is varied with every meal tasty and well-proportioned. Don't miss the freshly fried potato chips and dip!!! Afterwards, if your wallet is as stuffed as your belly, you can browse the Shops at Gainey Village.

Wrigley Mansion Club: Wrigley Mansion Club
As a former home of the Wrigley chewing gum family, the mansion is impressive for his history and views of the Valley. While the food is good, the Mansion itself is currently in the condition of a stale box of Chicklets. I'd recommend they use some of the money they make from the overpriced menu to replace the food stained chair cushions and slap yet another coat of Sherwin Williams on the walls.

Pasta Brioni: Pasta Brioni - Italian
Consistently excellent Italian dining in friendly, unpretentious atmosphere. They are located close to Old Town but far enough away that parking is not a major headache!
